Transcripts
High School Transcripts: "Official" high school transcripts are required for all students entering NTCC as a high school graduate, or transferring with fewer than 12 college hours. An "Official" high school transcripts is received directly from the issuing high school, bearing their high school seal, original signature of the Registrar, Counselor, or High Principal, and showing the official date of graduation.
Home School Graduate Transcripts: "Official" transcripts of home school studies should show all four years of high school, areas of study, grades, credits, the date of graduation, signatures of both the teacher and administrator, and must be notarized. GED Transcripts: A copy of the official certificate issued showing the date of completion is required. If you have obtained your GED from an institution in the state of Texas, you can go to the following link and print out a copy of your certificate.

College Transcripts: NTCC requires official college transcripts from all institutions which a student has attended. An "Official" college transcript is sent directly from the issuing institution, and arrives at NTCC unopened. Students can hand deliver "official" transcripts from other colleges, however, the transcript has to be in an official envelope from the issuing college, and the evelope can not be opened or show any signs of having been tampered with.
