Transcript Requests  

Online Transcript Requests*
Use the online request option if your transcript is being sent directly to another college, or if you are going to pick up the transcript in person.


Northeast Texas Community College now uses Dynamic Forms to process online transcript requests. If you have a myEagle portal account, log in and access the form from the Online Forms tab.

If you do not have a myEagle portal account, click HERE and you will be asked to log in to Dynamic Forms (or register for an account at no charge) before accessing the form.

Transcript requests through Dynamic Forms will be processed the following business day. If picking up in person, the transcript will be available at the Student Services counter in the Administration Building after 9:00 a.m. the following business day.

If you have a form that needs to be mailed with your transcript, you cannot use the online request option. Please use one of the other methods listed below.

 

Transcript Requests by Mail, Fax or Email*
Use the mail, fax or email request option if the transcript needs to go to your home address, an employer, or if you have an attachment or cover sheet that must accompany the transcript.


Complete, print out, sign and mail, fax, or scan and email the Official Transcript Request Form to the Registrar's Office. Once received, the transcript will be processed the following business day. If picking up in person, the transcript will be available at the Student Services counter in the Administration Building after 9:00 a.m. the following business day.

Transcript Requests In Person*
Use this option for any/all types of transcript requests if you are on campus.


Come to the Student Services counter in the Administration Building during regular business hours:
Monday - Thursday 8:00 am to 6:00 pm
Friday 8:00 am to 12:00 noon

Transcripts will be processed the following business day. If picking up in person, the transcript will be available at the Student Services counter in the Administration Building after 9:00 a.m. the following business day.


*Transcripts cannot be processed without your signature on the Official Transcript Request Form or an authenticated electronic signature using Dynamic Forms.
