TCLEOSE  

Texas Commission on Law Enforcement Officer Standards and Education testing (TCLEOSE)

The TCLEOSE is a computer-based test, certification for peace officers and jailers in the state of Texas. Examinees should contact the Testing Center to schedule a specific date to take the exams.

How much does it cost to take the TCLEOSE?
The examination fee is $25.00.

Where Do I Pay My Fees?
Testing fees must be paid with cash, credit card or money order in the Business Office. The Business Office is open Monday thru Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; Friday 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 NOON and is located in NTCC's Administration Building. The Business Office is not open on weekends. Testing Center staff will under no circumstances accept payment.

When Will I Get My Scores?
The Texas Commission on Law Enforcement Officer Standards and Education (TCLEOSE) exam are scored immediately following administration. Examinees are given an UNOFFICIAL copy of their scores.

What Do I Need To Bring With Me?
Photo identification is mandatory! You will need to bring your TCLEOSE PID number and photo ID on test day. Please do not bring any other material into the testing room.
