Welcome to NTCC! In order to process you as a new NTCC employee, we have two steps that you must follow.
1st Prior to visiting HR, please review the Employee Handbook and NTCC Policies linked below. After doing so, complete the Employee Information portion on page 21 of the Employee Handbook and then print pages 21 and 22 . This acknowledgement form will be signed and notarized in Human Resources. (Please do not sign prior to returning.)
2nd Schedule a time to visit the Human Resources office located in the Administration Building on NTCC’s main campus. Please call 903-434-8120 to make an appointment. During this appointment you will complete the Form I-9, which requires proper documentation showing positive identity and eligibility for employment. Click here for a list of acceptable documents to present at this time. You will also be completing the required direct deposit and will need to bring the routing number and account number for the checking or savings account you plan to use for payroll distribution.
On the day of your appointment bring with you:
- identity and eligibility documents
- direct deposit information
- the unsigned information/acknowledgement form printed from the Employee Handbook
