Effective Immediately the Dental Hygiene program will NOT admit any new students and will close the program when the existing students complete their studies in 2015.

Dental Hygiene Forms

As a result of our recent Commission on Dental Accreditation site visit, sociology is now listed as a required course for program prerequisites. We are aware that many applicants may not have taken this prerequisite course by the deadline for our current application period. While the missing sociology course will not be a requirement for program admission, all selected applicants must be aware that sociology will be a graduation requirement. All dental hygiene students will be required to complete a sociology course either immediately preceding program entry or during the final semester of the dental hygiene program. Due to the intensity of the program requirements, we strongly advise all applicants to take this course prior to program entry.

Effective Immediately the Dental Hygiene program will NOT admit any new students and will close the program when the existing students complete their studies in 2015.
