Program Highlights

The NTCC Dental Hygiene Program is dedicated to bringing oral health issues and support to the local communities. We appreciate the opportunity to serve and therefore encourage you to let us know what is happening in your area. At this location we will be identifying some of the local areas where we will participate in community events. Peruse through the Newsletter & Update Links for a few Highlights. NTCC Dental Hygiene Faculty member, Shiloh Childress, RDH, is featured in this photo with
the 2013 graduated Dental Hygiene class at the April 26, 2013 Dentistry From the Heart
event in Sulphur Springs, TX. “The Northeast Texas Dental Hygiene Class of 2013
thanks you Drs. Matt Johnson and Ryan Allison for hosting a very successful event!”



Northeast Texas Community College Dental Hygiene students and faculty provided screenings and teeth cleanings to the CDC Head Start children from April 22 through 25, 2013. Thank you to the faculty and staff of the Mount Pleasant Child Development Center for helping to make this event so successful!

NTCC Scare Affair is a community wide event providing Halloween activities, food, venues, and safe trick-or-treating for children of all ages. Our NTCC Dental Hygiene student tooth fairies host a booth with treates, activities and games.
