Applicants are urged to fill in all blanks when possible. Reviewers will expect an honest effort to complete the application.

Three questions will require you to upload a document. Because the form must be completed within a 45 minute time frame, applicants should note the questions, click the link, and assemble the needed documents. When ready, click the link again, and submit the application.

The 3 documents or scans that you will need are:

  1. High school or college transcripts
  2. ACT/SAT scores (optional)
  3. 200 to 300 word essay (see details below)


Respond to one of the following statements. State how the theme of your essay could relate to your efforts as a Presidential Scholar, receiving a free and exemplary education.
