2008-2012 Strategic Planning

Update (August, '12):

The 2012-13 Strategic Plan is the fourth version of the work that began in 2009.  We have made incredible progress on those goals and objectives set then.  But events and circumstances have continued to evolve and now we are called to revisit our assumptions and goals to meet the needs of our local area in a global society.

As we execute the 2012 plan, we will also be developing our next plan.  I believe we all now recognize how the strategic plan plays a crucial role in setting priorities, budgets, personnel assignments, and determining our focus.  I hope each member of the college family will take advantage of the opportunities to participate in this year's planning. It will be your way to influence the direction of this college into the future.
