Culinary Arts at NTCC
    

 

What's Happening...

The Northeast Texas Community College Culinary Arts Program will host a special Thursday Night Dinner on October 27th this Fall. The dinner will be held at the NTCC Culinary School in historic downtown Pittsburg and is open to the public.

Tickets can be obtained at Hanson-Sewell Center in downtown Pittsburg, or call 903-434-8393 for more details. The cost is $12 per person.

“Our culinary students are pleased to bring a new cultural cuisine adventure for the public to explore! Culinary Instructor, Chef Bren Young, said.

The buffet is prepared and served by students enrolled in the culinary arts catering course. The October 27th dinner theme will be, "Cornucopia of Fall Harvest Dinner”  and will feature a delicious pumpkin soup with brown sugar cinnamon croutons, jalapeno cheese rolls, roasted Fall vegetables and Pork chops with Apple and onion chutney and for dessert a rustic apple tart with cinnamon Chantilly cream!
