What's Happening...

Culinary Arts to host two Fall Dinner nights

October 15 meal will have a Fall Harvest theme. The menu consists of Autumn pear salad with candied pecans and balsamic vinaigrette, chicken roulade with stuffed spinach and cheese, wild rice pilaf, French ratatouille and pumpkin cheesecake for dessert.

The October 29 theme is Falling in Love with October. The menu includes roasted ginger butternut squash soup, old fashioned pineapple glazed ham, classic mac and cheese, maple bacon green beans, and warm peach cobbler for dessert.
