The Northeast Texas Community College Culinary Arts Program will host a special Thursday Night Dinner on October 27th this Fall. The dinner will be held at the NTCC Culinary School in historic downtown Pittsburg and is open to the public.

The buffet is prepared and served by students enrolled in the culinary arts catering course. The October 27th dinner theme will be, "Cornucopia of Fall Harvest Dinnerâ€ť and will feature a delicious pumpkin soup with brown sugar cinnamon croutons, jalapeno cheese rolls, roasted Fall vegetables and Pork chops with Apple and onion chutney and for dessert a rustic apple tart with cinnamon Chantilly cream!
