Culinary Arts at NTCC
    

 

What's Happening...

The Northeast Texas Community College Culinary Arts Program will host a special Thursday Night Dinner on March 24th this Spring. The dinner will be held at the NTCC Culinary School in historic downtown Pittsburg and is open to the public.

Tickets can be obtained at Hanson-Sewell Center in Pittsburg, Northeast Texas Community College from Charla Hunt and at the NTCC Culinary Arts School call 903-434-8333 for more details. The cost is $12 per person.

“Our culinary students are pleased to bring a new cultural cuisine adventure for the public to explore! Culinary Instructor, Chef Bren Young, said.

The buffet is prepared and served by students enrolled in the culinary arts catering course. The March 24th dinner theme will be, "Indian Spice Market" and will feature a garlic & herb flatbread with hummus, delicious glazed carrots, fragrant Jasmine rice, aromatic curry chicken and for dessert a tangy lime tart!
