It is time to register for classes!

Registration for the May Intersession and Summer 2016 is now underway at Northeast Texas Community College. Fall registration begins Friday, April 15. Class schedules are available online at

Most current students should be able to register for classes online by logging into their myEagle Portal account. Prospective students should visit to begin the application process. Both new and returning students should complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) online at

”We know it may seem early to be thinking about the fall semester, but it will be here before you know it. Students need to allow plenty of time to process admissions and financial aid applications,” Jeanni Pruitt, Director of College Connection, said.

Academic, financial aid and admissions advisors are available in the administration building to assist students. Office hours are Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Friday from 8 a.m. to noon.

”For your convenience, students can access everything they need to enroll on our website. However, we realize that sometimes you need to speak to someone face-to-face. Whether you need help with your application or advice on choosing a major, our friendly staff is here to help you,” Pruitt said.

May Intersession classes run May 18 through June 3. This is a fast-paced mini semester that allows students to receive credit in a very short period of time. Visit for more details about how to enroll. Summer classes begin June 6 and the Fall semester starts August 22.

Housing is available for both the summer and fall semesters. NTCC offers two options – Residential Housing East (RHE) and Residential Housing West (RHW). RHE is a recently-constructed apartment-style complex that adjoins the fitness center. RHW is a more affordable traditional dorm facility. Visit to learn more.

Students with questions about the enrollment process should call student services at 903-434-8149.
