Functions of the Leadership Team

• To oversee all aspects of the institution’s reaffirmation, including its Compliance Certification, the development of the Quality Enhancement Plan, the focused report and the onsite visit.
• To assure committees involved in the reaffirmation process receive appropriate resources needed to perform assigned duties and responsibilities.
• To promote the engagement of the NTCC community and to keep it informed of the process.
• To maintain contact with SACS Commission on Colleges staff.
• To develop and monitor a time-line for all reaffirmation tasks.
