Cherish the Ladies symphonic career all began with a phone call from the Boston Pops. The Ladies made their debut with the Cincinnati Pops under the tutelage of Keith Lockhart and after the overwhelming response from the audience, Keith took Cherish the Ladies back to Boston where they performed another four shows including the prestigious Tanglewood Summer Series. Their successful collaboration led to their Grammy nominated album "The Celtic Album".
They are now the most successful Celtic Pops act in America having performed over 200 nights with the leading symphonies in the country with their Celtic Pops Celebration program and their Celtic Christmas show.

The NTCC campus includes the James & Elizabeth Whatley Center for the Performing Arts and features a theatre with modern instructional stage and seating for 570. Performances and art exhibits vary through year. The lobby area doubles as an art gallery for student and visiting art exhibits.
