The Office of the Registrar exists to serve the academic needs of all NTCC students. This office handles graduation, keeps record of grades, supplies transcripts, and provides other services for our students.

Northeast Texas Community College has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide degree verifications. For more information go to our Degree Verification page.
To be considered as a candidate for a degree and/or certificate, the student must go through a degree audit and submit a formal application for graduation. For more information go to our Graduation Information page.
