Northeast Texas Community College Softball made the trip to Poteau, Oklahoma to take on Carl Albert State College in a non-conference matchup. Carl Albert would get the best of NTCC in an extra inning affair in game one by a score of 6-5. Game two was another thriller with NTCC winning 4-3 with a dramatic game ending play when Hanna Allen (Hudson HS) threw out a runner trying to tie the game on a Sacrifice fly to left field. Rains forced the Northeast Texas Community College series with Navarro to undergo changes this past week. NTCC was to host Navarro on Thursday but rains on Wednesday made the field unplayable so the Eagles traveled to Navarro on Friday for the first two games of the series. NTCC and Navarro still had to make up a game from the first round when they lost out on games due to weather as well. Navarro won game one of the day 5-2 and then took game two 10-5.

Northeast Texas Community College and Navarro College met up on the diamond at NTCC on Saturday after rains early in the week forced some changes to the schedule. NTCC would defeat Navarro 9-5 before falling 17-5 in game two.
