  3. Stalking and Harassment
    1. Persistent Following or Monitoring – Repeated unwanted attention or surveillance of an individual, both in person or online.
    2. Cyberbullying – Using social media or electronic communication to threaten, harm, or intimidate others.
    3. Sexual Harassment – Unwelcome sexual advances or behavior, including inappropriate comments or actions

    1. Intoxication on Campus – Presence on campus while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
    2. Substance Distribution – Selling or distributing illegal substances.
    3. Overuse or Abuse of Prescription Medication – Misuse of prescribed drugs or using someone else’s prescriptions.

    1. Severe Emotional Distress – Observable signs of severe anxiety, depression, or despair that interfere with functioning.
    2. Suicidal Statements or Behavior – Expressing thoughts of self-harm, or demonstrating behavior consistent with suicidal ideation.
    3. Erratic or Paranoid Behavior – Exhibiting signs of extreme irrationality, disorientation, or suspiciousness toward others.

    1. Classroom Disruptions – Consistently interrupting lectures or creating chaos in a learning environment.
    2. Aggressive or Violent Outbursts – Sudden, unexpected verbal or physical eruptions of anger or frustration.
    3. Creating Safety Hazards – Blocking exits, intentionally breaking fire safety protocols, or causing physical hazards in public spaces.
       
  7. Dangerous Online Behavior
    1. Threatening Communication – Sending emails, messages, or posts that contain threats to individuals or groups.
    2. Hacking or Cyber Attacks – Attempting to disrupt college systems or  compromise student or faculty data.
       
  8. Illegal Activity
    1. Theft or Shoplifting – Stealing personal or institutional property.
    2. Underage Drinking or Drug Use – Engaging in illegal substance use on campus, especially by students under the legal age.
    3. Disorderly Conduct – Any illegal or disruptive behavior that disturbs the peace or causes harm to others.

    1. Self-Injury – Behaving in ways that cause harm to one’s own body, such as cutting or burning.
