NTCC strictly prohibits the following:
- Direct or Indirect threats: Direct or indirect threats using explicit statements of intent to harm others, damage property, or incite violence.
- Cyberbullying: Using electronic communication to harass, intimidate, or threaten others.
- Hate speech: Language that attacks or demeans individuals or groups based on their race, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, or other protected characteristics.
- Stalking: Repeated and unwanted attention or contact that makes someone feel afraid or harassed.
- Physical intimidation: Using physical gestures or actions to intimidate or threaten others.
- Vandalism: Damaging or destroying property, including university property or the property of others.
- Disruptive behavior: Engaging in behavior that disrupts classes, meetings, or other campus activities.
- Weapon possession: Possessing or displaying weapons on campus, even if they are not used to threaten others.
- Unauthorized access: Gaining unauthorized access to university buildings, computer systems, or other restricted areas.
- False reporting: Making false reports of threats or other incidents.
