Northeast Texas Community College presents its 31st Annual Scare Affair Saturday, October 20th from 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm on the NTCC main campus. Free Candy to all Trick or Treaters. This years attractions include: hayride, costume contest, obstacle course, ghoulish games, freaky fun, frightening food and much much more! Haunted House open Until 10:30 pm.
