Northeast Texas Community College (NTCC) offers a variety of facilities that may be available for use or rent when such use does not interfere with the College’s primary educational mission. Facility use is subject to availability, applicable fees, and College policies.
Facility Tiers & Rental Rates
NTCC facilities are grouped into three tiers. Rental rates listed below apply to room or facility use only and do not include possible additional costs such as after-hours technology assistance, security, maintenance, custodial services, or food service.
Each tier and/or facility may require completion of a facility reservation form and approval by the appropriate facility director.

Policy Notice
In accordance with NTCC policy, the College shall not permit individuals or for-profit organizations to use College facilities for financial gain (GD – Community Expression and Use of College Facilities).
Tier One — Classrooms
Rates
- $50 — first two hours
- $75 — three hours
- $100 — four hours or more
Description
Includes classrooms on the main campus and satellite sites. Because these rooms are used on a daily basis, furniture must remain in place. Rooms are rented as-is and do not include additional setup.
The two-hour minimum allows the College to cover the cost of opening and closing the building or facility on both weekdays and weekends.
Typical Uses
Smaller meetings, UIL events, One Act Play, FFA competitions, student organizational meetings, and similar activities.

Tier Two rooms follow the same base rates as Tier One:
- $50 — first two hours
- $75 — three hours
- $100 — four hours or more

Description
Tier Two spaces may include additional multimedia capabilities and flexible layouts.
Typical Uses
Leadership training, corporate team meetings, board meetings, community meetings, retirement receptions, and the activities listed under Tier One.
Tier Three — Special Facilities

Availability
All facilities are available only when there are no conflicts with College classes, programs, or scheduled events.
Political & Expressive Events
Requests for political forums, candidate events, rallies, or other expressive activities are subject to the College’s Political Events & Expressive Activities Guidelines and the standard facilities-use process. Requesters should review the guidelines prior to submitting a facilities-use request.
