The WorKamping Program allows full-time Rv’ers to exchange work for rent. Retirees and disabled workers can share their considerable experience and talents to help NTCC on a wide variety of projects, including landscaping, painting, farming, electrical, plumbing, and computer support.
WorKampers volunteer a minimum of 15 hours of work per week, but some offer more. WorKampers get a free graveled parking spot with electricity, water, and sewer hookup. They also have access to laundry and gym facilities at no cost. It’s a great way to take a class in something you’ve always wanted to learn. Car repair, welding, nursing, computer graphics, art, and food canning are just some of the fun classes offered.
