The Northeast Texas Community College Foundation held its annual Golf Classic on October 17th at Princedale Country Club in Pittsburg. The tournament raised over $10,000 to support the NTCC Work4College Program.

Texas Heritage National Bank won the six-man-scramble, shooting 19 under.  The winning team (pictured from left) included Brad Moughon, Ricky Shelton, Josh Anton, Todd Immel, James Duke and Kelley Sands. The Diamond C Trailers team won second place with 17 under. Ryan Dunavant with the American National Bank team won the Closest to the Stake contest and Ricky Shelton won Closest to the Hole.

Businesses that participated included American National Bank, Bowie Cass Electric Cooperative, Cypress Bank, Diamond C Trailers, Guaranty Bank and Trust, Pilgrims, Texas Heritage National Bank, and Titus Regional Medical Center. Princedale Country Club donated the use of the course and clubhouse for the tournament.

“It was a beautiful day to play golf and the funds raised from the tournament will directly impact the life of students right here in our community – so I call that a big win. We are so grateful to everyone who sponsored a team and took time of our their schedules to participate,” Dr. Jonathan McCullough, NTCC Executive Vice President for Advancement, said.
