Exciting magic show coming to the Whatley Center

Renowned stage magician Zak Mirz will mesmerize Mount Pleasant with an unforgettable family-friendly magic show at 7 p.m. on June 14th at the Whatley Center for the Performing Arts. Zak, a first-generation Texan, and American, discovered solace and wonder in magic after the tragic loss of his father at a young age. Today, he travels the world, sharing his captivating illusions and spreading messages of hope.

Zak's incredible talent has earned him national recognition, including appearances on national television and FOOLING Penn and Teller on their hit TV show, "Penn & Teller: Fool us!". A magic advisor for David Blaine's special and recently produced his first special, "ticket for one" streaming on YouTube.  Zak's performances have captivated audiences worldwide. He has even created a deck of cards to raise awareness and funds for combating human trafficking.

Zak says, "I'm very excited to bring my new show to Mount Pleasant. I bring a lot of people on stage for the magic to happen, and every show is so different. I'm excited to create lasting memories on June 14th."
