The Industrial Technology Advisory Board Committee met on Thursday, October 30, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. at the Industrial Technology Training Center (ITTC).
Industry leaders, educators, and community partners gathered to review program updates, discuss workforce needs, and explore new opportunities to strengthen NTCC’s Industrial Technology programs. The meeting provided valuable feedback to help ensure that students continue to gain the skills most in demand by local employers.
Industry leaders represented included Priefert Manufacturing, Lift Truck Supply, Southwestern Electric Power, and Diamond C Trailers. Educators attended from Chapel Hill CISD, Daingerfield CISD, Harts Bluff CISD, Hughes Springs CISD, Mt. Pleasant CISD, and Paul Pewitt CISD, along with representatives from Region 8 & Education Service Center and Northeast Texas Workforce Solutions.
Attendees also enjoyed an optional tour of the training center, where they were able to see firsthand the state-of-the-art equipment and innovative training taking place at NTCC.
