Northeast Texas Community College does not currently offer Texas License to Carry (LTC) Classes. Classes were previously offered through the Continuing Education Department. If you have an interest in these types of classes, please reach out to their office at 903-434-8134 or continuinged@ntcc.edu. They may be able to offer these again in the future.
