Mount Pleasant Chamber Orchestra to perform at Whatley Center on March 28th

The Mount Pleasant Chamber Orchestra will present a lively evening of classical music at the Whatley Center for the Performing Arts on the campus of Northeast Texas Community College on Saturday, March 28 at 7:30 p.m.

The Spring Concert, titled “Surprise!”, will feature Joseph Haydn’s beloved Surprise Symphony, a piece known for its playful twists and unexpected musical moments that continue to delight audiences centuries after it was composed.

Community members are invited to enjoy an evening of live orchestral music close to home. The performance offers a great opportunity for families, students, and music lovers of all ages to experience the richness of classical music in an intimate setting.

Tickets are $20 for adults and $5 for students. They may be purchased online at Whatley Center website or at the box office on the evening of the performance.
