NTCC Driver’s Ed hits the road

In March, Continuing Education launched its first Driver’s Education course. Eight students, along with instructor Dolanda Lockett, completed 32 hours of classroom instruction and are now officially hitting the road for their first week of behind-the-wheel training. Each student will log 7 hours of driving time and 7 hours of in-car observation.

Interest in this course has been building since last fall, and Continuing Education is excited to offer this opportunity to both teens and adults in our community.

Course Options:

  • Teen (ages 15–17), Classroom + Behind-the-Wheel: $450
  • Adult (ages 18+), Behind-the-Wheel Only: $250
  • Adult (ages 18+), 6-Hour Classroom Only: $150
