The NTCC Foundation recently received a generous $1,000 donation from Scott and Melissa Fulgham (pictured). Their gift will provide a scholarship for students majoring in history, math, computer science, or general studies.

Dr. Melissa Fulgham serves as Department Chair of Humanities & Social Sciences and Professor of History at NTCC. Nita May, Director of Development, noted that Fulgham is among many NTCC employees who continue to invest personally in the success of students through charitable giving.

The contribution will also count toward the college’s “$40 for 40 Years” campaign, which celebrates NTCC’s 40th anniversary. Individuals who donate at least $40 to the campaign will have their names permanently included on a commemorative plaque honoring the milestone anniversary.

“We are so grateful for the generosity of the Fulghams and the many employees who continually give back to support our students,” May said. “Their gifts truly make a difference in helping students stay in school and achieve their goals.”
