Gerald and Mary Lou Mowery give $2,000 for special projects at NTCC

Gerald and Mary Lou Mowery recently gave $2,000 to support special projects at Northeast Texas Community College. The gift will help Honors Northeast sponsor the 2019 McGraw-Hill Poster Contest and it will also support the annual Honors film project. The Mowery’s are pictured presenting the gift to Dr. Jonathan McCullough (center), NTCC Executive Vice President for Advancement. NTCC was a good choice for us because it is an accelerated program and was close to home. We enjoyed making friendships with equally driven people. We recommend NTCC because of the intimate setting and more thorough instruction from professors. After graduation, we will prepare for entrance into work field and finding an actual job.
