Jeff Isom is a meteorologist/climatologist/geographer whose research interest center on the effect of landscape change on local weather patterns and quantitative climate analysis. Before coming to NTCC in 2005, Jeff served for 20+ years as an U.S. Air Force meteorologist. He has experienced natural/human environments in countries throughout North-Central-South America, the Middle East, and Europe. In his teaching, Jeff emphasizes the basic principles which control the behavior of the natural environment. Jeff & his wife travel extensively around the world, but they really enjoy trips to Disney World where they like to RUN Disney.
