The Wellness Committee is on the lookout for a February recipient!

Here are a few words about Olivia's personal wellness plan?

For most of my adult life, I have attempted to live a healthy lifestyle.††What I list as eating habits and exercise apply to MOST of the time, with occasional breaks.††While I?m not a complete vegetarian, I do believe it is a goal worth accomplishing for good health.††I typically avoid red meat and pork, with a preference for seafood and poultry.††I include many fruits and vegetables, as often as possible.††Several small snacks during the day, rather than meals, are a necessity for me during the work week.

Exercise, including weight training, were a five/six-day weekly routine for me until a back injury caused an abrupt halt.††I now do light exercises and walking at home.††When weather is a problem, I have a unique walking program I call MissyWalking.††Missy and I share a large house, with plenty of room for walking indoors.††She also likes a lot of attention, ?she? being a twelve-year-old adopted toy poodle.††I get the benefit of weight resistance carrying her.††It takes a lot of trips from one end to the other, going through every room, but we both enjoy the love!††I even include occasional dance steps.††I pray every day for continued physical strength and good health for us both.
