Students take water consumption challenge

Students in Sarah Rainey's†philosophy and government classes are pursuing a voluntary final project surrounding water consumption and scarcity.

The average American household uses 300 gallons of water a day. Participants will "live" off just 1 gallon of water for three days starting next Monday, using a single gallon for all their drinking, washing, and cooking needs. They will be posting video dairies along the way and we would encourage you to follow their stories as they struggle through making do in a world of excess!
