Three graduation ceremonies planned for May 11th

Northeast Texas Community College will host three spring commencement ceremonies on Saturday, May 11th in the Whatley Center for the Performing Arts. This is the largest class ever at NTCC, with almost 450 students graduating! Ceremonies will be as follows:

  • 9:00 am Ceremony: Associate of Arts, Associate of Arts in Teaching, and Associate of Science (exceptions Business Administration (1:00); Agriculture (1:00); Computer Science (1:00); and Human Performance (11:00). Doors open for guests at 8 a.m.
  • 11:00 am Ceremony: Health Science Degrees & Certificates of Competency. Doors open for guests at 10:15 a.m.
  • 1:00 pm Ceremony: Workforce Education Degrees & Certificates of Competency. Doors open for guests at 12:15 p.m.

Seating is very limited, so only guests who have tickets will be admitted into the auditorium. All three events will be streamed live on Youtube and Facebook for those who are unable to attend in person. Graduates will gather in the Student Union Building approximately one hour before their designated ceremony. The college bookstore will be open and will have tent set up near the Whatley Center for your convenience. We look forward to honoring these students for their achievements!
