The Northeast Texas Community College (NTCC) Culinary Arts Program is pleased to announce the return of its popular couples cooking classes this May. Back by popular demand, this unique series once again partners NTCC with area restaurants to give participants the opportunity to learn how to prepare some of their most popular dishes directly from the chefs who create them.
“We had a great response to our couples cooking classes last year, so we decided to bring back the series by partnering with some of the best restaurants in the region,” Chef Anthony Nelson, Director of the NTCC Culinary Arts Program, said. “Each class offers a fun, interactive experience where couples can learn new techniques and enjoy a great meal together.”
Classes will be held at the NTCC Culinary Arts School in downtown Pittsburg and will begin at 6:30 p.m. The price is $60 per couple, per class, and each class requires separate registration. Space is very limited, so participants are encouraged to sign up early.
The schedule is as follows (click on restaurant name for tickets):
May 18 – Z’s Main Street (Winnsboro) with Chef Matt
May 19 – Rancho Seco Steakhouse with Chef Brandon
May 26 – Haven's Cafe with Chef Derrick
May 28 – NTCC Culinary Arts with Chef Ana
