Northeast Texas Community College traveled to Hillsboro, Texas to take on Hill College Wednesday, earning a win in game one 5-4 while Hill College took game two of the series by a score of 4-2.

Emily Cole (Pewitt High School) picked up her first win of the season striking out nine on her way to the 5-4 win. Averie Ayers (Mount Pleasant HS) would get the save in the game one win.

     The NTCC Foundation has more than 300 scholarships available for the 2021-2022 academic year. The scholarships are not directly tied to FAFSA qualification, so you may receive a scholarship regardless of PELL eligibility. What’s the catch? You have to apply!.

Northeast Texas Community College Softball finished off January with a road trip to San Antonio, Texas for the Alamo City Junior College Showcase tournament. In game one Friday NTCC picked up win number one of the season against Southern Arkansas Tech with a 5-1 victory.

Northeast Texas Community College Rodeo was back in the saddle last weekend to start off the 2021 semester with a Rodeo hosted by Texas A&M University Commerce. The event was held at the Hopkins County Civic Center in Sulphur Springs, Texas.

Garrett Fields was a bright spot for the Eagles with earning a seventh place finish in Steerwrestling.
