Northeast Texas Biker's Church gives to Arellano scholarship fund

Mt. Pleasant Fine Arts Club gives scholarship

The Mount Pleasant Fine Arts Club recently gave $500 to the Northeast Texas Community College Foundation. The funds will be used to provide a scholarship for an NTCC student majoring in the fine arts. The group has been contributing to scholarships since 1985 when the college first opened. Helen Hampton sponsors Pinkalicious musical

Helen Hampton recently gave $3,000 to sponsor the upcoming production of the children?s musical Pinkalicious at the Whatley Center for the Performing Arts at Northeast Texas Community College. She is pictured (second from left) presenting the donation to Nita May, NTCC Director of Development (left), Carolyn Franks, Director of the Whatley Center, and Lori Hunter, Administrative Assistant to the VP for Advancement and Financial Aid Advisor. The event is scheduled for April 3 at 2:30 p.m. Admission is $15 for adults and $10 for children.
