NTCC to host annual poster contestThe eighth annual McGraw-Hill Poster Contest is set for Friday, April 24 at 9:30 a.m. in the foyer of the Whatley Center for the Performing Arts at Northeast Texas Community College. This contest recognizes and rewards creative student scholarship in Northeast Texas. Area high school seniors, college and university students are welcome to compete. The first place prize is $400 with an added McGraw-Hill textbook coupon for $150.

Two Honors Northeast students published in state journalFor the sixth time in the program's short history, Honors Northeast has seen its scholars publish essays.
Medical assistant and coding informational sessions plannedThe Northeast Texas Community College Medical Assistant and Medical Coding programs will host two informational sessions for prospective students April 9 and April 20. Anyone interested in pursuing a career as a medical assistant or medical coder are invited to attend. Tommy Lee Biker Run donates $5,000 for NTCC scholarshipsThe Northeast Texas Community College Foundation recently received a gift for $5,000. These funds were raised at the annual Tommy Lee Memorial Biker Run and will be used to provide scholarships to Camp County students attending NTCC.
