License to Carry
Applicants will become familiar with the laws pertaining to having a License To Carry permit and focuses on the responsibilities of being a gun owner. Safety, proper storage, non violent dispute resolution, and the laws that relate to weapons use will also be covered.

Travel Course to Magnolia Market and the Texas Ranger Hall of Fame and Museum
Join us as we travel by motor coach to Waco, Texas where we will tour the world famous "Magnolia Market" as well as the Texas Ranger Hall of Fame and Museum.
Magnolia Market is located in the renovated historic Brazos Valley Cotton Oil Company in downtown Waco. We will enjoy the various food trucks that are available on location and afterward, continue to browse, shop, and enjoy the festive fall atmosphere of Magnolia Market.

The Northeast Texas Community College Fire Academy is a partnership between Northeast Texas Community College and the Mt Pleasant, Texas, Fire Department. Northeast Texas Community College is a publicly supported, two-year community college that offers educational opportunities in traditional academic studies, occupational/technical programs, and workforce development through credit and noncredit offerings.
