Health insurance is provided through ERS. Full-time employees will receive this coverage free of charge. Those electing to enroll dependents, will pay 50% of the premiums set by the state.
Option to enroll in a Tax-free Health Savings (HSA) account or a Flexible Spending (FSA) account is also available.
Dental insurance is available to full-time employees free of charge. The employee may elect to cover eligible dependents and will pay 100% of the dependent's premium.
Vision insurance is available for full-time employees and their dependents. The employee is responsible for 100% of the premiums.
Full-time employees who sign up for health coverage receive $5,000 of basic term life insurance and $5,000 of accidental death & dismemberment (AD&D) coverage at no cost to the employee.
You may choose to enroll in additional life insurance coverage in increments of up to four times your annual salary as well as additional AD&D.
You may also cover your eligible dependents by enrolling them in a dependent term life insurance policy.
The college offers affordable short term disability for full-time employees. Long term disability is provided at no cost to full-time employees.
