Description of Job Duties:
- Provide academic advising, coaching, mentoring and support to high-need, at risk students.
 - Maintain a caseload of assigned students and deliver consistent monitoring, evaluating and reporting on students' academic progress.
 - Engage and support high-need students with a casemanagement model based on holistic interventions.
 - Collect information from faculty and staff regarding student academic concerns in real-time.
 - Work proactively with students to direct them to interventions. Encourage and advocate for students.
 - Maintain clearly written and comprehensive notes and data on students in electronic files.
 
Experience and Other Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor's Degree Required
 - Experience with Microsoft Office and other electronic management tools required
