Description of Job Duties:
- Facilitate students' seamless enrollment by offering comprehensive assistance throughout the entire process, including admissions, document requirements, financial aid, and more.
 - Address inquiries and provide guidance on registration, orientation, academic plans, and advisement referrals, as well as online enrollment activities.
 - Skillfully manage tasks related to transcript requests, updating personal information, scheduling changes, withdrawal processes, verifications, and FERPA form submissions.
 - Handle payment processing for all charges and support students in understanding payment plans and interpreting account statements.
 - Efficiently distribute Student IDs and parking stickers, and proficiently manage incoming calls at the switchboard and within the department.
 - Always prioritize delivering an exceptional and personalized customer service experience to students.
 
Experience and Other Qualifications Required:
- The Student Services Specialist is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to a diverse range of individuals, including students, guests, faculty, and staff within the college's student services center.
 - This role demands a deep understanding of customer service principles and practices, along with excellent interpersonal, decision-making, and exceptional planning and organizational skills.
