Future Plans: After graduating from NTCC, Brenda plans to transfer to Texas A&M University in College Station in the fall of 2018 to pursue a bachelor?s degree.

Goal: To attend medical school and become a pediatrician.† Scholarships: NTCC Presidential Scholar.

Extracurricular Experiences: †President of the BioChem Club and Vice President of NTCC?s Phi Theta Kappa chapter; Served as Director of NTCC?s Honor Program 2017 film.† Work experiences: Job shadows a local pediatrician to gain insight of her chosen career; Serves as an SSI supplemental instructor for biology and chemistry and a biology laboratory assistant.
