According to Stephen Covey, "Leadership is conveying to others their worth and potential so clearly that they come to see it within themselves."  Anna in her quiet, yet effective style of instructional leadership embodies and projects this message of encouragement to those she supervises.  For me, numerous presentations locally, TCCTA, AMATYC, TXDL, QM course development, several publications, OER development, QEP proposal and embracing virtual education even to Hy-flex delivery can in some way all be attributed to Anna's motivating and encouraging me in those directions and endeavors.  Thank you, Anna.

Anna has the ability to inspire confidence in others. She takes the time to understand the issues others have and works to find a suitable solution. I have no issues sharing my questions or concerns on matters important to me or coworkers. Many people can be a good manager, but it takes someone exceptional to be a good and effective leader.  Anna has these qualities. She is a good communicator, inspires others, committed and passionate, delegates and empowers others, humble, empathetic, etc... I could go on. I am a better teacher and colleague because of her leadership.
