How to self-report COVID-19 at NTCC

We hope your semester is off to a great start! While things may look a little different this year due to COVID-19, we are so glad to have students back on campus learning with us again. Since reopening, we have had a question come up frequently that we'd like to address:

What do I do if I have COVID-19 or have been exposed to someone who has it?

Per NTCC's COVID-19 response website, here is the specific procedure you should follow:

Faculty, staff, or students who have symptoms of COVID-19, or were exposed to someone with COVID-19 within the last 14 days must:

1. NOT come to campus and self-quarantine

2. Submit a Self-Report From

Student Self Reporting Form

Employee Self Reporting Form

  1. Contact your healthcare provider and follow CDC Guidance for caring for oneself and others who are sick.

After reporting, you will receive follow-up communication via phone or e-mail with further instructions on how to proceed. In the event you find yourself sick or exposed to COVID-19, please know that instructors and administrators will do everything possible to help you stay on track to complete the semester. However, your health is the top priority and should be considered first.
