Northeast Texas Community College (NTCC) has received a $1.354 million grant from the Moody Foundation to strengthen workforce development and expand the college's nationally recognized Work4College program.

The investment will help NTCC connect more students with meaningful work experiences while strengthening partnerships with regional employers and creating additional pathways from the classroom to successful careers. The grant builds upon the success of Work4College, an innovative program that has earned national recognition for helping students reduce college costs while gaining valuable workplace experience.

"We are incredibly grateful to the Moody Foundation for its confidence in Northeast Texas Community College and our students," said Dr. Jonathan McCullough, Executive Vice President for Advancement. "This investment will allow us to expand opportunities for students while strengthening the connections between education, employers, and the workforce needs of Northeast Texas."

In addition to supporting the continued growth of Work4College, the grant will enhance career development services and employer engagement, helping more students graduate with the skills, experience, and professional connections needed to succeed in today's workforce.

"This grant is an investment in the future of our students and our region," McCullough said. "We appreciate the Moody Foundation's partnership and its commitment to creating opportunities that will benefit Northeast Texas for years to come."
