The NTCC Bookstore is extending its hours to better serve students as they prepare for the spring semester! They will be open Friday, Jan. 13th from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m., Saturday, Jan. 14th from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and they will also extend hours the following Friday, Jan. 20th until 2 p.m.
The NTCC Bookstore isn't just your source for textbooks...they also sell a variety of supplies, apparel and snacks. Take advantage of their extended hours to make sure you are ready to go when classes start on January 17th!
Pictured: Carroll Shelby, who would have been 100 on January 11th, visited with NTCC automotive students in 2009. The Shelby Foundation continues to honor Shelby's commitment to local students by supporting the NTCC Automotive Program. Current students in the Shelby Program held a Chili Cook-off in his memory on his birthday.
Northeast Texas Community College will be closed on Monday, Jan. 16th in observance of the Martin Luther King, Jr. holiday. Offices will reopen and the spring 2023 semester will begin on Tuesday, Jan. 17th. Students can view account information by logging into in the myEagle portal and many common last-minute questions can be answered by clicking the "Chat Now" icon on most pages of the NTCC website.
Prepare to be entertained at the Whatley Center for the Performing Arts this February! Three don’t-miss concerts are scheduled along with an art exhibit.

About this position: This position is funded through the Texas Workforce Commission and overseen by the NTCC Adult Education and Literacy Department. ESL instruction is provided to persons who speak little or no English. Teachers must be able to prepare and upgrade students’ skills in listening and reading comprehension, speaking, and writing in conjunction with life skills and civics components to help students fully function in the community. Students 17 or older are eligible for ESL services.
