The fall semester is just around the corner and that means that our Eagles Softball team will be back in action soon. The fall schedule is hot off the presses and Coach Haley Colwell has lined up some great competition to get the ladies ready for their spring season. Check out their upcoming schedule below:
The NTCC Work4College Program celebrated the end of summer with its annual appreciation luncheon on Wednesday, July 31st. Work4College donors, supervisors, students and their families attended the event in the Student Union Building. This is the 10th year of the program, and more than 85 students participated.
Attention New Students: Don’t miss your chance to sign up for EagleGanza! The final event for 2024 will be held on Wednesday, August 14th. There is still time to register, but space is limited.
EagleGanza is an action-packed half-day event designed to help new students prepare for their upcoming college experience. It is specifically targeted toward incoming freshmen and those thinking about attending NTCC.

If so, you might consider signing up for the Logistics Program at Northeast Texas Community College. In just one semester, students earn a micro-credential that can help them obtain employment locally or nationwide. New classes begin this August!
The Northeast Texas Community College Foundation recently established a perpetual scholarship to honor the contributions of longtime cosmetology instructor Debbie Lovelady. The Debbie Lovelady Honorary Cosmetology Scholarship will provide a $500 award to a student majoring in cosmetology each fall semester.
The Northeast Texas Community College Continuing Education department is excited announce a new workforce training opportunity. Starting this September, NTCC will launch a 13-week HVAC Installer Helper Program. The curriculum focuses on broad, transferable skills, including an understanding of the heating, air-conditioning, refrigeration and ventilation industry.

The Program Director of the Nursing Program is directly responsible and accountable for the overall administration, planning, implementation, and evaluation of all aspects of the nursing education program, ensuring the fulfillment of educational goals and objectives, and program compliance. The Director is authorized as the program contact person for the Texas Board of Nursing and represents Northeast Texas Community College and its program of nursing.
