The Northeast Texas Community College Foundation recently received a $50,000 gift from the Carroll Shelby Foundation. The funds provided scholarships for the 2025-2026 academic year for students in the Carroll Shelby Automotive Institute.
Steve and Weida Borkowski recently presented the Northeast Texas Community College Foundation with a $1,000 scholarship. The funds will provide a Work4College scholarship to support a student in NTCC's Carroll Shelby Automotive Institute this summer.

Students from the Carroll Shelby Automotive Program at Northeast Texas Community College attended the annual SEMA Show in Las Vegas, Nevada last week. In addition to attending one of the largest automotive trade shows in the world, students also had the opportunity to attend a special event at the Carroll Shelby Heritage Center at the invitation of Shelby American and the Carroll Shelby Foundation.
