NTCC IT Checklist

Follow the steps below to begin your journey at NTCC. Computer Services takes great pride in the service we provide to all users. The most important thing you can do is set up your NTCC email on your mobile device for easy, quick access! Please refer to step 2 for detailed instructions. If you need immediate assistance, send an email to ithelp@ntcc.edu. PC Network Support Technician

Experience and other qualifications required:

  • Associates degree in Computer and Information Sciences or related field
  • 2 years of experience in a Tech support role or network system environment

Description of Job Duties:

  • Assisting students, faculty, and staff with issues reported via the ticketing system
  • Assisting Network Administrator and Systems Administrator with tasks assigned as needed
  • Managing IT student workers' tasks and schedules
  • Maintaining Access Control System
  • Maintaining Security Camera System
