Human Resources Assistant

Description of Job Duties:

  • Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department, including filing, scanning, and maintaining personnel records.
  • Assist with onboarding processes, such as preparing new hire packets, scheduling orientations, and tracking required documentation.
  • Respond to routine inquiries from employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and forms.

Experience and Other Qualifications Required:

  • Administrative experience - 1-2 years in an office or clerical role, preferably in HR or a related field.
  • Experience with personnel file management and confidential records.
