Elena Roach earns First Team All-Region Honors after standout freshman season
Northeast Texas Community College goalkeeper Elena Roach made an immediate impact in her freshman campaign, earning First Team All-Region recognition after a remarkable season between the posts.
Roach appeared in 13 of the team’s 16 matches—starting all 13—and recorded an impressive 171 saves, showcasing her consistency, athleticism, and reliability. She finished the year with a strong .774 save percentage, anchoring the NTCC defense throughout the season.
NTCC to offer new “Elevate the Holidays” culinary series in downtown Daingerfield
The Northeast Texas Community College Culinary Arts program is bringing its expertise to downtown Daingerfield with a brand-new continuing education series, Elevate the Holidays, set for December 2-4 from 5:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. The hands-on classes will take place at 104 Webb Street, in the building formerly home to Mugshots restaurant.

NTCC honors veterans with special cookout and Wall of Honor
Northeast Texas Community College hosted a special Veterans Day Cookout on Tuesday, November 11th, bringing together students, faculty and staff to honor the brave men and women who have served our nation. The event, held at the Eagles Nest Pavilion, drew a large crowd who came to enjoy food, fellowship, and heartfelt appreciation for veterans and their families.

Foundation hosts annual Scholarship Brunch
The Northeast Texas Community College Foundation hosted its annual Scholarship Brunch on Friday, Nov. 7th in the Student Union Building. More than 250 donors, scholarship recipients and guests attended.
